  • Coordinate maintenance of our clients’ property including:
    • Ensuring that the property is kept clean at all times, whether occupied or not
    • Regular pool and landscaping maintenance
    • Timely garbage disposal
    • Pest Control planning and visits
    • General and emergency maintenance issues handled as efficiently as possible with regular updates and communication to clients
    • Oversee security aspects of the property (coordination and implementation)
  • Distribution of wages and payments to vendors and service providers
  • Purchase of household items* as required, e.g. cooking gas, cleaning supplies, etc.
  • Purchase of Starter Packs in terms of food and supplies for visiting owners and guests
  • Initial set up or transfer of utility services, (e.g. phone and cable TV, etc.)
  • Payment of utilities and other household bills (e.g., property insurance, cable and phone)
  • Production of monthly reports and statements along with receipts for easy reference and tax purposes
  • Concierge services for holiday guests

Premier Reporting Services

  • Updates on expenditure in a statement format, works carried out and general information reported on a monthly basis
  • Delivered electronically direct from the Managing Director

Premier Facility Improvement Services

  • Facility improvements carried out by on-site staff under supervision
  • Lodged complaints attended to in a timely manner
  • Required needs for improvement noted in routine checks and day-to-day operations that will be recorded
  • Major improvements carried out after written approval is received

Premier 24H Emergency Service

Repairs required to correct conditions that threaten immediate health, safety or security of residents attended to in a timely and efficient manner. Such repairs include but are not limited to, restoration of air conditioning, water, hot water, electricity, or other circumstances that may cause health, safety, or security hazards to residents.
